The Healing Process

Compassionate Self-healing helps with any and all states of imbalance in the body.

It is a process that I have formulated that allows you to get to the root of your illness, your disease, by tuning in and finding out exactly what your blocks are, what is causing them, and how to best release them. It is completely targeted; all the guesswork is removed.

It is an individualised approach and so that means that one person’s way of healing will likely look very different to another’s, depending on a lot more than just what they are suffering with.

For one person the imbalance may purely be a chemical one - it could be that you are low in a certain mineral or nutrient, which is having a big knock-on effect in the body, or that due to genetics you metabolise certain minerals differently and so something is lacking in your diet, or your gut microbiome is out of balance etc.

More likely though, the imbalances are stemming from your stored emotions, and so your process will address these stressful emotions held in the body. Dealing with this element can be done in many ways but there are two fundamentally different approaches as a whole that I take. The first is a conscious approach:

  • Recognition of the stored emotional elements - unearthing them, bringing them to light.

  • Releasing these stored emotions using a variety of techniques, or

  • Rewriting the emotions in the body to alter the effect they are having.

  • Reconnection - the result: restoring your state of Self (Self-healing) and bringing your body into balance.

The second approach is for those whose issues stem from stored emotions but are unable to revisit that stress.

Perhaps it comes from serious trauma that is just too painful to face, or is ongoing, or so multi-faceted that it feels too overwhelming. In this case your method of healing will look completely different and will likely involve restoring and strengthening the nervous system in ways tailor-made to you, in order to be able to release these emotions without even mentally (consciously) revisiting them.

This work tends to use visualisations that are extremely gentle, which will restore the feelings of safety in the body, wholeness, connection, worthiness, whatever has been damaged by the trauma, but crucially, without having to discuss in any detail what happened.

You may find that you need a mixture of both approaches, some with elements that warrant discussion and mirroring blindspots, and others that need these gentle visualisations with only a very small amount of discussion, without going into any detail of the subject matter.

Whether you are someone that has no reactions to anything, or someone that is so sensitive they can’t even handle a massage, this process will fit you because it is tailor-made for your system, by your system and in collaboration with you. It compassionately considers your emotional state and limitations so it will never push you further than you are able to go and works harmoniously, in real time, to give you what you need on the day.

The process is very much collaborative and empowering. You are an active participant in getting your health back and you are taught how to do it yourself whilst working alongside me. This means that after the sessions have finished, you will have everything you need to keep on top of your health moving forward, and to be able to deal with any new problems as they arise.
