Take your first steps to complete your healing journey.

Maybe you have a diagnosis and have been told it’s permanent but there’s something inside you that knows otherwise.

You may have already researched lots of other solutions and seen some success, but you’re still having to manage your condition with complicated protocols. If your life feels like constant management, that isn’t definitive healing.

Perhaps you’re on your own healing journey and trying to get to the root of your repeating patterns when it comes to money, relationships, career success or emotional triggers. Maybe you’re aware of the trans-generational trauma that comes with you, the ancestral wounds that you can see reflected in family members and want to resolve these to experience more ease and connection in life.

This is possible with Compassionate Self-Healing. The reason it is so powerful is because it helps individuals to step into their power by learning how to connect internally to the root of their imbalances, be they physical, emotional, or spiritual. This work isn’t about temporary relief, it’s about true definite healing from the inside out.

CSH certified practitioners

You can contact any available practitioner for a free 15-minute discovery call to determine if the process is right for you. The efficacy of CSH lies in completing the full process, rather than just a few sessions, though you’re free to stop at any time. Some experience profound shifts within weeks, while others take longer, depending on their journey. Since healing is unique to each person, no set timeline can be recommended.

Sessions are one hour long and conducted online, making them accessible internationally. Some practitioners also offer in-person sessions. Sessions are typically held weekly or fortnightly. The investment will vary from practitioner to practitioner depending on their field and experience.

Priya Biring

Priya Biring is a dedicated practitioner who has overcome significant health challenges, including autoimmune diseases and chronic conditions. Her transformative journey led her through a range of healing modalities, from strict dietary protocols to deep emotional and spiritual exploration. Now, she is passionate about helping others on their own paths to wellness, creating supportive spaces for clients to address physical, emotional, and energetic imbalances. Leonora Oppenheim

Leonora Oppenheim is an artist and educator who’s been working in movement and somatics since 2017. She is delighted to offer Compassionate Self Healing as a modality alongside her embodied practice work. CSH dovetails beautifully with her research on how we use our bodies as sites of enquiry for increased creativity and resilience. Leonora has benefitted hugely from CSH, healing her food intolerances, inflammatory markers, and nervous system. She is honoured to now be guiding others on their own healing journeys. Charlotte Solomon

Charlotte Solomon is an experienced yoga teacher and body worker with over a decade of dedication to the mind-body connection. Her own journey with hormonal health has shaped her approach, enabling her to guide individuals of all ages— from teenagers to those navigating menopause—through their unique hormonal challenges. With a focus on holistic wellness, Charlotte provides a compassionate environment where clients can explore their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, empowering them to find balance and harmony in their lives.
